在 Molecular Pharmaceutics, Antiviral Research,BBA-general subjects, Journal of Chemical Informatics and Modeling等國際知名雜志上發表SCI論文80余篇，其中以第一作者和通訊聯系人發表的30余篇SCI論文目前已被Chemical Reviews,PNAS,Nature Nanotechnology, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等國際知名期刊引用600余次，并多次被Quantum Biochemistry, Computational Toxicology, Computational Methods in Biomedical Research等10余部國外專著引用。曾獲得多項榮譽與獎勵如第二屆中國青少年科技創新獎， 2006年甘肅青年科技創新大賽一等獎等
